EVER aFTER
Ever After is Jasper Dutz’s first self titled release as a bandleader. The album features a collection of standards from the American Songbook curated to convey a personal narrative on finding love. Ever After strays from the sullen tone typically expressed on most jazz ballads recordings. Dutz showcases lyrical tenor saxophone playing and a highly accomplished band who bring a whimsical and light mood to the classic songs.
